Susan(waitress) said the lunch special was gone. She was munching on something, so I had to ask if there was samples somewhere that I was missing. She said some pork belly just came out of the oven. I told Susan I had never had pork belly, so she brought me a sample. I ate the sample and put the menu down. There was no need for the menu as this is what I was having for lunch. I love off menu food. And that SIDE salad was a meal! The Wagon Wheel never disappoints. That was easily 8 oz of meat. ”
